The aim of the research is to determine the amount of the deficit in the number of health centers within the city of Kufa (2017) and then the year of the target (2027) by estimating the size of the population to see the population realities of the city and the extent of the needs of these centers, and then re-arranging residential neighborhoods among them according Spatial proximity and population, and then signing the required health centers, i.e.
