This study investigates the role of Jihad in the Islamic Sharia and its role in determining the relationships with non-Muslims.
The study explained the purpose of Jihad, its fields and role in maintaining agreements and good neighborhood relations with others.
It also highlighted the role of Sharia in controlling the relationships between the Islamic country and other countries in times of peace and war
