Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the the impact of theoretical and practical preparation for female students of Bachelor’s Early Childhood Education Program in Irbid university college, and their attitude toward teaching as a profession.

The study used Quasi-Experimental method (one unite: time series design).

The sample consisted of (33) students, as well, the questionnaire has been used for gathering data after checking its validity and reliability, then applied on 3 different time phases (1.

Starting the program.

Starting the Field training, 3.

The program termination).

The results revealed that female students have a positive attitude towards teaching as a profession.

Furthermore, there is statically significant impact of practical preparation.

Meanwhile, the results have not shown any impact due to theoretical preparation.

Consequently, in the light of the results the study provides further recommendations.
