Abstract EN

The objective of the study is to try to define the concept of innovation in Islamic finance, which is mainly to demonstrate the practices and concepts of Islamic finance, and direct transactions in the financial markets by creating Islamic banks and establishing Islamic financial institutions such as issuing shares, bonds, Leasing and so on.

The result of this research is that the phenomenon of innovation in Islamic finance has grown and developed in the world, However, this progress is not free of obstacles or risks, which poses challenges to the development of Islamic finance with its differences from conventional financing and its alternative vision of the value of labor and capital in financial transactions.

The research was based on the descriptive analytical method, with the use of some statistical tests.
