This study aims to identify the reality of e-government in Algeria, by viewing the Algerian e-project 2013, As well as its ranking through the indicators of the United Nations ereadiness, and finally the exposure to the different barriers that faced the success of e-government project in Algeria.
It has been concluded that Algeria has not reached the required level in the field of informatics and e-transactions.
The e-government project in Algeria remains very late compared to other countries, although more than 05 years have elapsed since the announcement of e-Algeria’s project 2013.
Abstract FRE
Cette étude vise à identifier la nature du gouvernement électronique par l’exposition du concept de gouvernement électronique, son importance et ensuite ses objectifs, et à aborder la réalité du gouvernement électronique en Algérie à travers l'étude du projet e-Algérie 2013, l’analyse des indicateurs TIC en Algérie, puis les obstacles rencontrés lors de l'application du gouvernement électronique en Algérie.
Il a été conclu que l'Algérie n'avait pas atteint le niveau requis dans le domaine de l'informatique et des transactions électroniques.
Le projet de gouvernement électronique en Algérie reste très tardif par rapport à d'autres pays, bien que plus de 05 ans se soient écoulés depuis l'annonce du projet e-Algérie 2013.
