The world is witnessing a technological wealth represented in communication technologies, so that, the computer, electronics, and communications have become three uniform technologies, representing the latest trend and his distinguished trademark.

Actually, this requires organizations to update their resources, in general, and human resources, in particular way.

This requirement is met by working on training to achieve the outstanding performance as a key to success and preserve position in the fields of work.
