The aim of this study is to try to apply one of the quantitative methods in the multi-objective linear programming model in order to achieve optimal solution to the transportation problem.

The field study was conducted at the Grain and Dry Vegetables Cooperative in M’sila ,which is one of the national institutions that store and transport wheat from the warehouses to the mills: We built a mathematical model to solve the problem of the transfer of soft wheat using the programming model goals and then we have solved using the program Lingo.17, the results of the study showed that the use of quantitative methods, including the method of programming goals, will help the decision-maker to reach better solutions to the problem of study.
