The human right of expressingone's opinion is an incontestable necessity for anyone.given that the humanbeingwhocan'tfreely express himself،can'task for hisotherrights.

On this basis, the issue of freedom of expression isnowadays one of the main topicsthatoccupies the interest and attention of researchers, and this is due to the multiplicity of communication outlets and the The diversity and variety of its means, especially with the tremendous transformation in the field of communications.

And whether the variouslaws (and religions)have set differentcontrols that varied in bothquality and quantity in regulatingand defining the limits of thisfreedom،They generally agree that there is no place in the life of any human being for anything like absolute freedom of expression.

Accordingly, Islamic law and Algerian legislation have given great importance to the control of this freedom in order to preserve its purity and serenity.

One of Such regulations is that this freedom should avoid harming public order and morals.

Therefore, this freedom shouldn’t cause damage to the national security and economy or to the public morality.

It must also avoid the promotion of crime and taboo, and it must also respect religious beliefs and sanctities.

Both The Islamic and Algerian legislations require also from the one expressing his opinion to respect other persons and institutions.

and,consequently, he must avoid any expression that includeslying, spying, Shocking, slandering, defaming others or violating the sanctity of their private life.
