Abstract EN

This study target to know the effect of motivation for achievement and it’s impact on selforganized leaning strategies for graduate students ,The study tools were applied to a sample of (140) students coming to graduate from university of MEDEA , the study found that the is a relationship between motivation for achievement and self- organized leaning strategies ,A simple linear regression analysis showed that motivation for achievement had an impact on self-organized leaning strategies and that motivation for achievement contributes to predicting the level of selforganized leaning strategies ,Regarding the difference in self-organized leaning strategies to the variable of motivation levels , the results indicated that the is significant difference in the degree of self-organized structured leaning strategies between the motivation group for achievement where the students most use to self-organized leaning strategies are those who have a high level of motivation.
