The study aims to diagnose the difficulties of learning the account and determine the prevalence of primary school students in some schools in the city of Mesila, as well as to identify the differences between the sex in the prevalence of difficulties in learning the account, where the selection of a preliminary sample through the referral of teachers estimated: 64 students from the community (781) students from the third year of primary school from 9 (09) primary schools in the city of Mesila, and through the implementation of a set of diagnostic tools (corresponding, diagnostic diagnostic measures Fathi al-Zayat, economic and social level and intelligence test) ), Diagnose the difficulty of reading) test, we have acquired the final sample (12) pupils, of whom (8) males and (04) females, selected in a manner deliberate.

After the presentation and analysis of the results, there was a high prevalence of learning difficulties in the calculation of (18.75%) of the total sample of the study, and the presence of gender differences in the prevalence of learning difficulties for the benefit of males.
