the complex dynamics and changes in global issues and agendas emerged in the post-cold war era have resulted in a redefinition of dynamics, logics and features of conception relatives to new mechanisms like the privatization of war and security sector because of the revolution in military affairs and war nature itself in security imaginary and strategic thinking.

A process resulted in the form of private security and military companies that, through geo-military interdependence, offer an illegal support to conflict parties in Africa, and may other forms of privatized violence such as militias, war lords, mercenaries, armed movements, in addition to children recruited by conflict actors.

Under these strategic variables, How could we build an effective and reliable security policies and management to address the dilemma of human rights by humanitarian organizations as a party to a pivotal and active dynamic on a practical level to be able to cope with the negative impact and the resilient spread of threats and risks produced by the privatization of war and security sector in disputes in order to protect children from recruitment in Africa?.
