The aim of this study was to identify the role of customer marketing knowledge in determining the characteristics of the Condor digital panel product by focusing on the basic characteristics of the product: quality, design, cover and brand.
To achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was designed composed of 99 words were distributed to the staff of the Marketing Department and other in departments related to the marketing activity in the Condor Electronics, After analyzing the results we concluded that customer marketing knowledge is the basis upon which various marketing decisions are based within the organization, In order to better understand their customers and this is what enables them to predict their needs and try to meet better than others, and by analyzing the answers of questionnaires statistically, there is a correlation relationship and a significant impact of the marketing knowledge of the customer in determining the characteristics of the product.
