Abstract EN

Nursing as a profession and job is at the heart of the community's health care system, and the results of researches and studies have concluded that there is no doubt that the excessive workload has negative consequences for nurses and patients at the same time.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of workload on wellbeing among nurses.

Two electronic programs (“WISN” and “Sun”) were used to collect empirical data from a sample of 150 nurses in the health sector of Djelfa.

The model fit was analyzed using the confirmatory factor analysis technique.

The results showed that the proposed model demonstrated a good fitness level, with a high level of workload and a low level of wellbeing at the study sample.
