The aim of the study is to identify the attachment patterns of female workers in the education, health and administration sector in the city of Galma, and the detection of differences according to the age variable, social status and job.The study conducted on 65 workers, Using the descriptive method, and using the scale of attachment patterns of Abu Ghazal and inventory, the results reached: - The most common Avoidant Attachment style among workers, Comes after Secure Attachment Style, then Anxious - Ambivalent Attachment.

- There are statistically significant differences due to the variable of marital status in favor of married women, while there are no differences due to the age variable and the function.
