Abstract EN

The aims of this study was to identify the impact of SME sustainability strategy on maintaining competitive advantage in the light of systems theory by identifying the dimensions of SME sustainability strategy and its impact on creating this advantage for real estate projects in Jordan.

The study found that the strategy of development and professional training have positive impact on workers in real estate projects in Jordan.

Knowledge management processes have had a positive impact, in addition to the importance of financial stability and environmental sustainability, which have a positive relationship in maintaining the competitiveness of small and medium projects.

The study also found a strong positive impact of innovation dimension in enhancing competitiveness as a strategic strategy of sustainability.
