Abstract EN

This is a research paper that focuses on studies that deny and prove syntactic schools.

It shows that the term “syntactic schools” is a modern term that the Arabs took from the orientalists .In clarifying this, Arabs have three trends: The first trend supports the idea of having syntactic schools and that this term was created by the orientalists.

The second trend denies this term and finds it a strange term not found in the Arabic syntax.

The supporters of the third trend refuse the geographic division although they use the terms “school and doctrine”.

The paper concludes that the term “syntactic schools “ is more comprehensive than the term “doctrine” and that the term “school” is of a western origin but it’s not the first term that enters that Arabic language from other languages .Its existence doesn’t Cause a danger to the Arabic language but the danger is in the destructive calls like the call for the adoption of the colloquial language and similar ideas.
