This paper aims to shed light basically to which venture capital firms can finance the agricultural sector in Algeria and gives it a strong incentive for growth.

this research concluded that the nature of investment in the agricultural sector is largely consistent with the practices of venture capital firms, and their tendency to finance sectors with high risks and high profitability.

we look forward to the case of Algeria, after a new executive decree, that the management companies should invest the funds collected in this promising sector after it was not allowed to finance it because it is supported by the state.
