The results of the laboratory experiment showed that the pesticide Tachigaren inhibited the growth of the pathogenic fungus Rhizoctonia solani completely when it was used at a concentration of 2 ml/L, and pathogen inhibition reached 100%, since the fungus did not show any growth, as compared to 1.52 cm growth when 1 ml/L concentration was used.

The diametrical growth of pathogenic fungus R.

solani when treated with the fungus Trichoderma harzianum (Th) leachate reached 2.63 and 4.56 cm when it was used at 10 and 5 ml/L concentrations, respectively.

Whereas, the diametrical growth of the pathogenic fungus when using yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Sc) extract was 3.86 and 8.1 cm at the concentrations of 10 and 5 ml/L, respectively.
