Abstract EN

The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of the use of the flipped classroom strategy on the educational achievement of eleventh grade students in the State of Kuwait and the motivation towards their learning.

The sample consisted of 62 eleventh-grade students in the State of Kuwait, divided into two classrooms, during the second semester of the academic year 2016/2017.

The researchers used for this purpose semi-experimental method to measure the impact of the independent variable (teaching using the flipped classrooms strategy), on variables (educational achievement, and motivation towards learning).

The tools of the study were the achievement test and the motivation scale.

The results of the study indicated that the strategy of the inverted classes showed a positive and effective application to raise the level of achievement of the learner and improve the motivation towards learning informatics among the 11th grade students in the State of Kuwait.
