Abstract EN

This study explored the relationship between the elements of transformational leadership (ideal effect, ideal inspiration, intellectual simulation, and individual considerations) and human resources performance in Sudanese banks.

The study used the analytical descriptive method to collect its data, besides; designing a questionnaire based on previous studies measurements.

The sample of study represented by (50) employees in Sudanese banks in Gadarif State to whom (50) questionnaires were distributed.

The most important findings of the study indicated the existence of a positive relationship between the elements of transformational leadership and human resources performance in Sudanese banks.

The study most important recommendations encourage the bank managers to adopt the transformational leadership via preparing training courses and programs in order to improve the performance level.
