The educational and learning process aims to achieve planned goals by teachers through the implementation of a number of organized and well-planned procedures.
These goals seeks to bring about desired changes in the behavior of learners, to make them acquire knowledge and experience, to develop their mental abilities, to expand their emotional and social aspects, and to develop their skills in order to be able to achieve effective adaptation, production, and giving capacity.
Therefore, this contributes to the development of their societies, continuity, and development.
The teacher also recognizes his role as a leader in this type of relationship.
When he follows a good leadership, he gives learners the opportunity to contribute to the school work and helps them to adapt and to integrate into the classroom.
The teacher too encourages discussion and follows a unified policy in addressing the behaviors of learners along different stages of education.
These stages are characterized by traits which differ according to the different stages of development experienced by the learner.
In particular, in the middle stage of education, each teacher has his characteristics and style in teaching the educational material, dealing with learners, and the way how to manage the classroom.
