The faculty member of the Faculties of Business Administration in the Arab World is the mainstay of higher education through improving the quality of teaching and achieving the objectives of the college.

It derives its influence from its strong scientific position, good performance of the work to be performed and developing its skill and efficiency.

Thus, this research aims to highlight the development of self and group and acquire skills through increasing knowledge, in the framework of new professional programs in line with the current global economic situation, where the faculty of business schools should have a clear philosophy of knowledge, teaching and learning.
