In an increasingly demanding society, where citizens want to be more involved in their community’s management and seek for public services that meet their expectations.
The governance of public services has a direct impact on serving best the public interest along with giving meaning and legitimacy to the existing public procedures by relaying on performance, efficiency and effectiveness reviews.
The governance’s concept of the public services redefines the community and its role in the development, as well as the manner in which public services are designed and delivered, through empowerment.

Dans une société de plus en plus exigeante, dans laquelle les citoyens veulent être davantage impliqués dans la gestion de la communauté et qui cherchent des services publics qui répondent à leurs attentes, la question de la bonne gouvernance des services publics revêt une grande importance afin de servir au mieux l’intérêt général, en donnant sens et légitimité aux procédures publiques existantes et en s'appuyant sur la performance, l’efficience et l’efficacité.
Le concept de la bonne gouvernance des services publics redéfinit la communauté et son rôle dans le développement, ainsi la manière dont les services publics sont conçus et fournis, à travers des idées : d'empowerment, de transparence, de participation, de qualité des services et de la redevabilité.
