This search interests in the definition of the concept of total quality management, its importance, and its foundation from Islamic perspective (Quran and Sunnah).

The most prominent of these foundations up as follows: The charity, then the perfection, teamwork and cooperation, the conformity, the self-censorship, the sense of responsibility, Shura, the investment of time and maintain it, the human relations, the of continuity of knowledge, the honesty, truthfulness and trust, the selecting appropriate leadership, the principle of change, the continuous improvement, the human resource development , and the last one is the stimulus (reward and punishment).
