Abstract EN

The religion of Islam is considered to be a complete religion as stated in the Qur'an ("Today I have completed your religion and I have completed my grace upon you, and I have given you Islam as our religion") (Qur'an 5: 3).

The perfection of the religion of Islam in its provisions, which did not leave small and large in the affairs of man, but counted, including on the place of human life .

İt’s abvious that the place where the person has two types: the first place where he dwells most of his time and which is his home, and the second spends some of his time to earn a living or to seek knowledge or travel to a country, and between the two places there must be a road to go back and forth, So the road is a facility that can not be used.

And the departure of man from his home two consequences, the first contact people and the second impact on his actions in the environment.

Islam has made provisions for both things, because man is a citizen by nature, and the contact of people is inescapable, As for the environment, Allaah has commanded to observe it for two reasons, one is that it is one of God's savings to man, The second is that it is shared between him and the people, and the assault on him is forbidden because it is an attack on the share of the people.

For this reason, the Quran and the Sunnah took care of the road, and this research came to study this concern.
