The aim of the current research is to know "the impact of the use of 5E's strategy in the development of creative thinking in the teaching of physics for the eighth grade students." To investigate the research objective, three zero hypotheses were formulated.

One is a comparison between experimental and control groups in the development of creative thinking, And others on the before and post-test of the experimental and control groups,, The study sample consisted of (67) students from the eighth grade in the city of Erbil for the academic year (2018-2019) for the experimental and control groups (34) students of the experimental group and (33) students of the control group where the group was taught as per (5E's) and the control group according to the usual method.

The two groups were equal in a number of variables (collection of the previous stage, the average of the year of the seventh grade, previous information, intelligence, the calculated age of months), and a set of teaching plans prepared for the two research groups (Experimental and control) and provided by specialized experts in this area.

After the experiment, the data were processed statistically using the SPSS program.

The results indicated that there were statistical differences and significance at the level of (α = 0.05) to test creative thinking (pre-post) for the experimental group and the control group who studied according to the 5E's strategy and for the post-test.

There is also a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the two groups (experimental and control) for experimental group in test scores for post-creative thinking.
