Common property is one of the types of private real estate ownership.

It is the case in which the right of ownership belongs to more than one person, where each of them owns a share without being separated.

For example, heirs are common owners.

The courts often face several real estate disputes in their common nature, either the impossibility of their division or the common desire of one of the partners to come out of it or vice versa or even the opposition of others to divulge, which leads us to wonder what legal disputes arise from common property ownership.
