Abstract EN

The explicit evidence that forbids women from taking over the presidency is the statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): "Some people will not succeed and they will have a woman." However, those who allowed women to be heads of state from modern times have responded to this hadeeth as a lie to the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

Some of them said that the Sunnah is not the constitutional law argument at all, and some of them said that it is not an argument in that law.

Some of the scholars claimed that the scholars differed concerning the validity of this hadeeth, and some of them attributed it to him because of the uniqueness of the narration of his narration.
