Abstract EN

Islam is the only religion that was the source of acceptance to God، and it is consist of the fundamentals of religion as the doctrine، which is not related to the subject of this research، the branches of religion are practical judgments and jurisprudential issues derived from the detailed evidence، and these evidences are either the Holy Quran or the Prophet's Hadith، Or the derivative of the consensus or measurement or other jurisprudence of the Companions in the record of the Prophet or in his absence for any reason.

Especially when the Prophet of Allah sent his detachments to the outskirts of Madinah، and the members of the detachments needed diligence and the exploration of the jurisprudential judgment - immediately، without refereeing it to the Prophets decision - to the facts that occurred with them in the detachments، since they were not able to review the related text of Holy Quran as they were far from Madinah، was their jurisprudence in some of the jurisprudential issues in the folds of the detachments became a verdict stipulated in their diligence، would become a legal verdict with endorsement of the Prophet، or without endorsement.

This research talks about these issues under the detachments، which was sent in the sixth year of migration in terms of mentioning the date of transmission، number، and how they went out، on the one hand، on the other hand these sent messages، have incidents and facts are not bear from the jurisprudence of the Companions to delegate the provisions of jurisprudence، These provisions have been collected in this research as follows: The first topic is concentrate on defining the terms of the research title and what related to it، among four aspects، namely: the definition of the and the points of distinction between them and between the invasion، then the reasons of the detachments، the purpose of sending them، and addressing the enumeration and type of the detachments، then the statement of the accuracy of the Prophet’s choice for the detachments leading، military assets and what distinguishes them.

The second topic deals with the jurisprudence of the detachments، which occurred in the sixth year of migration، and within the two demands; the first demand is on the detachments that occurred in the sixth year of migration and the second demand in matters of jurisprudence derived from the detachments.
