Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the availability of leisure among a sample of the special education department students at the University of Jeddah, and the use of Inter Net in these times in terms of the number of hours use of the Inter Net and sites most visited and topics that they browse it according to study variables: (major, school year and achievement).

To achieve study goals an open questionnaire prepared, it consisted of two parts, the first part is about demographic data, where students asked about the major, school year and achievement score.

And second part is about questionnaire paragraphs that participants were asked about leisure hours, Inter Net browsing times, the most visited sites and most topics they follow.

The participants of the study were 50 students from special education departments attended at (Educational Skills) course in school year 2014-2015.

Results indicated the leisure time mean = 7.7400 hours/day for the participants, and the mean Inter Net using tame mean= 5.8400 hours/day for the participants, there are no statistically significant difference between participants means according study variables.

The most Inter Net sites that participant visit are: Instagram and Twitter.

And the most topics viewed are sports, religion and literature
