In this study we examine the various tax-attractive policies adopted under the Algerian legislation because of their impact on the investment climate in Algeria.

This is in light of the decrease in the revenues of oil revenues resulting from the sudden collapse of fuel prices starting in the second half of 2014.

In this study, we aim to expose the various legislations issued, especially fiscal ones, which are characterized by a significant package of tax appeal, through which specialized support structures were established and their role as a catalyst for creating investment opportunities in Algeria
