This study aims to determine the effect oi teamwork strategy in operational performance for organizations , where the distribution oi a questionnaire to a random sample oi engineers belong to Kuia cement plant ,then analyzing a model and test it's validity ,then test the relationships between variables using simple and multiple regression analysis , and in the light oi the results that obtained there are a set oi conclusions including: there is a positive iniluence ior the teamwork strategy to improve operational performance, so it should to adopt this strategy in this iactory.
