Abstract EN

Criticism occupies a distinguished position in the different educational activities.

The western, modern and contemporary education had made a good progress in criticism, yet it is not restricted to it where other educations also deal with criticism like the Arab Islamic education where some of its writers and thinkers had reviewed and reconsidered it after the defeat of 1967, on critical bases such as the criticism of religion.

Sadiqh Jalal El- Adhim is one of those thinkers who dealt with criticism in his Naqhed al-Fiker al-Deany= Criticism of the religious thought).

Some researchers had rebutted him like Mohammed Hasen Aal Yaseen in his (Hewamish ala Naqhed al-Fiker al-Deany= Margins of Criticism of the religious thought) The question of this research is:- Did the author criticize the religious thought or the religion? Did the criticizer defend the religious thought or the religion? and was their aim cognitive or ideological The most important results are:- the author criticized the religion rather than the religious thought as he claimed, the criticizer had confused between the religious thought and religion, and their dealing had a clear ideological trace.
