This article aims to answer the following question: How Personal branding can contribute to help a person to emerge and succeed in the job market? It has become difficult for individuals to differentiate themselves from their competitors.

The personal brand is an important tool for job seekers because it helps them to identify the most prominent qualities in order to get a job.

The personal branding is a modern concept that combines between both concepts of marketing and management in order to create a successful career based on the individual's capabilities, it is a self-management to determine the way that guide to career success and it is strongly linked to marketing strategies adopted by the person to enhance his most important characteristics.

This study refers to the best practices for creating and managing a professional self-image in order to achieve career success.
