the economies of in The Arab oil-exporting countries are closely related to the hydrocarbon sector since the boom first oil prices (1973), thus, in order to face this dilemma, It's need to adopt a strategy of diversification, which is based on the updated of non-oil sectors and it's development, in ordre to reduce the relative contribution of the hydrocarbon sector in GDP and the impact fluctuations in oil revenues in the state budget.

In order to assess and identify the extent of the success of these efforts to diversify the national economy, we will rely on three major indicators is the extent of the contribution of the different economic sectors in the GDP, the evolution of oil revenues, the percentage of the total revenue, and the percentage of its oil exports to total exports.

Then we are going after that is explain a number of elements that would activate the economic diversification policy in these countries.
