Abstract EN

The aims of this study, is to identify the impact of organizational culture on building institutional knowledge of the university, we distributed the Questionnaire for professors in Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Bouira, the study has identified six dimensions of organizational culture, (Trust, teamwork, common vision, language and stories polytheistic, management practices, common cultural standards), either build knowledge consists in the exchange of knowledge resources and ideas and to provide assistance to others.

The study concluded that the organizational culture prevailing in the university affect the knowledge-building moderate, and common cultural standards is more multidimensional impact on knowledge-building, the study added some recommendations for the consideration of organizational culture prevailing in the university with a general vision for encourage, support and promote the construction of knowledge and thus better knowledge management.
