In this study we shed light on the subject of the professional performance of nurses, specifically the effect of religiosity on this performance, and we started from ibn Khaldun's view of religiosity, Malek Bennabi, Ali Shariati and max weber.

we have also adopted a field study at Zeralda hospital.

this study has proved the hypothesis that religiosity has a positive role in making the nurse perform his profession at a good level, but it is not enough, because there must be other factors in addition to religiosity to achieve a good professional performance of the nurse.
