Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify personality types (A and B) and their relation to school bullying among high school students in the public schools in Bethlehem governorate.

The descriptive correlational approach was used.

The study sample consisted of 415 students.

The study results showed that the overall mean score for type (A) was high, and for type (B) was medium, and for school bullying was low.

A statistically significant positive correlation between personality pattern (A) and school bullying was found, as well as mean score differences in the level of personality (A - B) between students with different levels of school achievement.

Students with school achievement level of 60 and below were higher in personality type (A) mean, while, students with school achievement level of 75 -84 were higher in personality type (B) mean.There were also statistically significant differences in personality types (A and B) for the variable of the place of residence.

The differences in type (A) between the residents of the village and the city were in favor of the residents of the city, and in type (B) between the residents of the city and the village were in favor of the residents of the village
