The world witnesses nowadays a wave of changes and dynamic development in several fields.

This case of international relations takes new dimensions that differ from the classical ones.

This situation needs specific universal criteria to communicate and survive politically, economically and socially within complicated relations.

For those reasons, the present article deals with civilisation dialogue and cultural communication as an efficient means for constant international relations.

In addition, it aims to study the variables that establish co-existing among people all over the world.

This case may provide the world with better humanitarian values that strengthen co-existing and prosperity in humanity.

The present study, tackles the concept of cultural communication from different schools' points of view.

It also deals with the approaches of co-existing and the current contexts of cultural communication.
