It is perfectly accepted that entrepreneurship is a vital vector of the economy thanks to its various contributions: the creation of wealth, jobs, innovation, the renewal of the business park, the exploitation of resources, the diversification and complementarily of companies, etc.

our article attempts to describe the entrepreneurial culture and its impact on the diffusion of entrepreneurship among young Algerian entrepreneurs through an empirical study of 16 entrepreneurs.

one of the gaps in the development of entrepreneurship in Algeria is the lack of an entrepreneurial culture among Algerians.

however, this culture must be first and foremost the contribution of the Algerian state which must sensitize and facilitate entrepreneurial activities, which must be seen as the heart of the economic development of a nation.

efforts must be made at all levels: support structures (business start-up support structure, incubators and business incubators), banks, support and advisory structures and universities.
