Abstract EN
The study aimed to identify the role of university activities in Shaqraa University in enhancing the social responsibility of female students, by studying the role of these activities in personal, ethical, and national responsibility and responsibility towards society, as well as the responsibility towards the environment of the students of the Shaqraa University, and to identify the extent of the existence of statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample towards the degree of study themes attributed to personal variables.
The descriptive survey approach was used.
The study was applied to a sample of female students of Shaqraa University (319) students.
The data were collected by means of a questionnaire that was subjected to the standards of stability and consistency.
The study reached several results, the most important of which is that the role of university activities in promoting personal, moral and national responsibility and responsibility towards society, as well as the responsibility towards the environment of the students of the Shaqraa University was average.
There were also statistically significant differences between the sample of the study in relation to all the themes of the study attributed to age, and the existence of fundamental differences among the sample in all the study themes depending on the variable of social status.
It is noted that the variance was in favor of the married female students.
There were also significant differences between the samples in the themes of: personal responsibility, national responsibility, responsibility towards society and responsibility towards the environment based on the specialization variable.
There were no significant differences among the sample based on the specialization variable in the moral responsibility theme.
