Abstract EN

The study aimed to clarify the most important factors affecting the low academic rate of students through factor analysis and simple linear regression.

To achieve this, the researcher used a questionnaire distributed to (211) students from King Faisal University colleges.

The level of the university student rate followed by the educational reasons.

The results also showed no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample of the study due to gender variable.

Based on the findings of the study, the researcher made recommendations, including: Emphasis on the importance of the subjective causes and educational reasons, which have the primary role in the level of low student rate.
