This study seeks to examine the role of video feedback technique in training and practice in the field of guidance, and therapy as a technique based on the presentation, and viewing of the guidance session held between the therapist and the patient, or between a group of therapists (group therapy), during the session and after.

Furthermore, the study has explored the methods of use in therapy and psychological guidance such as free, spontaneous and sequential repetition relying upon many studies that confirm their effectiveness in dealing with the psychological problems experienced by the mentally ill
