English Abstract

Environment embraces human being from fertilization to death.

It is necessary for his growth in different developmental stages.

Even though each environment has its nature and caracteristics, every Environment is controlled by a set of laws, which can be seen in different forms : customs, manners, traditions and rules which participate in the preservation of the environment.

However, it’s not always easy for an individual to respect laws, because it contradict sometimes his habits, drives, instincts, and beliefs, And in other cases it is related to the shortage of construction of the law in the self of human during his early developmental periods.

This may transform the environment to a moldy ambience full with stress and psychological disorders and a source to a pathological effect.

By using participatory observation, data have been gathered, and showed that the fragility in the construction of law among individuals has transformed our environment to a source of many disorders and problems which has a transgenerational transmission.
