English Abstract

the administration in the area of environmental protection has a legal means.

Perhaps the exact mechanisms is the environmental control.

Which play an active role in evaluating the behavior of individuals and restricting the space of their freedoms, as required by the necessities of development and protection of the components of nature and the maintenance of its elements.

These mechanisms are divided into two types, the tribal environmental control mechanisms of the licensing system, the obligation, the Prevention, the study of the impact and the reports.

And the mechanisms of environmental control dimension embodied in the notification, the withdrawal of the license, Stop activity and finally financial sanctions.
