This research consist of a study and verification of the manuscript: (A woman who is divorced three times by her husband is she permissible for her husband if she marries the boy?), By the Makaliki Mufti in Makkah, named as Sheikh Mohammed Ali bin Hussein al-Makki who died in (1367 h).
The researcher did not see any publication nor unpacking of academic verification on the manuscript.
Furthermore, the research consists of two parts, a study part and a verification part.
The study part focuses on the introduction of the Author and an introduction of the manuscript.
Whereas the verification part focuses on the context of the verifier of the manuscript.
overall, the research enhanced on many progressive outcomes that are valuable in the field of this research.
