Iraq because of the circumstances that followed it after 2003, it needs to create a new national military doctrine, which contribute to improving the performance of the army, and make it a wall to protect the homeland.

This doctrine must be made by reference to the history of Iraq and the civilization of Iraq, the land of Iraq, and Iraq's national identity.

It must be the loyalty of the army to Iraq only and not to religion or nationalism or the city.
