In addition, Arab countries occupied the first place in silence and subjected to United States resolutions because of their fear of deteriorating relations with America.

On the other hand, Russian Federation for decades seeks to resolve regional and international crises through dialogue and transparency also; Russian Federation plays a major role in the Arab region as a neutral global force that does not favor the interests of any state at the expense of another
