In this paper, we tried to address the Theme of electronic management, based on some theoretical and applied literature on the subject, We tried to highlight the main concepts of electronic management, its characteristics and the difference between them and the traditional management which is an extension , And we also tried to address all the requirements of electronic management in order to succeed and achieve the objective that was found for it, and then we concluded this paper with some of the conclusions and proposals that are obtained from our knowledge of many of the Studies.
