All health institutions seek to focus on the delivery of health services to the patient.

It is the basis of the existence of health services, and all health institutions must meet the requirements of customers in order to strengthen the relationship with them and the ability to continue the activity..

Hospital institutions also play the role of a common factor in any society.

We all deal with hospital institutions in order to obtain internal or external service, birth or old age, and with the development of civilizational, social, industrial and economic development, leading to increasing health problems and increasing demand.

On health services, so the subject of marketing practices in the field of health is of increasing interest by hospitals, especially the private ones, in order to deliver health services to patients in the best picture and the best timing commensurate with their needs and aspirations.

The health sector is one of the most important sectors contributing to the social development in the countries, including Algeria, due to the efforts exerted by the State in this field and the great interest it has in this sector, both private and public, in order to achieve the desired development.

The role played by the marketing practices in this sector of health to access to provide health services in a manner that best suits the expectations of customers, and raise the level of health of hospital institutions and the contribution to the achievement of social development
